·         If you are national from one country outside Eropean Union

·        If ou do not have any family conection to Spain or European Union citizen

·         If you do not have any job offer  to work in Spain

·         If you are not irregular in Spain for having spent more than 3 months since  you entered to Spain

You could apply for  residence permit in your Home country to came to Spain if you have enough  funds to cover all your expenses during your residence in Spain without costing any money to Spain.

1)      GOLDENVISA or INVESTMENT VISA RESIDENCE

 

a)      If you have 500.000€ to buy a property in Spain

 

b)      If you have 1.000.000€ to deposit in a bank account in Spain during 1 year or the time you wish to be residence in Spain.

 

c)      If you are able to créate a business with enough capacity to créate several jobs in Spain or be enough innovative to be atractive to the develop of Spain.

 

 

2)      NONLUCRATIVE RESIDENCE PERMIT. NON WORKING RESIDENCE FOR 12 MONTHS

You could apply for this residence in Spain if you are able to probe that you could cover your full cost in Spain with not jobs and your family. 

 

3)      SELF EMPLOYEE RESIDENCE  PERMIT WITH RIGHT TO WORK

If you want to create your own business with a minimum investment   being able to create some more jobs in short or long term you could apply as well.
